The process of benchmarking consists of a detailed, structured questionnaire that will be customized per situation. The questionnaire consists of questions on productivity, the use tools (such as the WMS and TMS), processes, workforce planning and many more. After the data gathering, the analysis phase and feedback phase follow. For this, your data are show in a comprehensive overview.
